Vomiting due to teething?

DD has been sick twice today, but is otherwise absolutely fine within herself. No temperature, plenty of wet and dirty nappies. No reason to suspect she is unwell at all.

She has an excessive amount of saliva and has had her fingers in her mouth for the last few days. She drinking plenty of milk but is a bit off her food.

Has anyone else experienced random vomiting with teething? She just turned 1.

My DD always vomits when eating but rant one time she definitely had a virus ( she shared it with me) she was also fine between vomiting.

Teething and vomiting went hand in hand for DD. She was bf and would feed incessantly when teething (more for comfort than food) but then would be too full and bring it back up. Miserable times!!

Yup here too. Random barfing when teething. Runny poos also.
