Baby is 6 days old, she has dry skin everywhere except for her face, it looks awful and is constantly peeling. It doesn't seem to be irritating her but I feel awful when I see it, like I'm not taking care of her. Midwife has advised to use grapeseed oil but it doesn't seem to be getting any better.
How many times should I be applying it? I currently do it twice a day. Or is there anything better that we should be using?
