Birthday inspiration

Our LO will be two soon and we had a party for her first birthday, it was Pinterest heavy and a pain in the arse (though she had a wonderful time)
This year we aren't sure what to do yet and thought I'd put the feelers out on here to see what people have done for their little ones?

Cake, sausage rolls, sandwiches, jelly, friends, family. Bunting, paddling pool. Pass the parcel.

DD has a birthday in the summer. At that age it was Birthday tea (buffet as it was adult heavy) and a a small trampoline or paddling pool. She had a great time.
