A problem

I'm not sure where to post this so going to give it a go here and hopefully someone can calm me down.

I've moved to a new area and I've been here for almost a month.

I've noticed a few women, most noticeably one woman, who is constantly on the main road, just a minutes walk up. They are dressed always in a parka and the one girl always has makeup running down her face. She's there every single day. I know she is working as a prostitute and it bothers me a lot.

I've just emailed the local neighbourhood officer about it and will await their response.

As a mother to a 1 year old it really does make me uncomfortable.

I just did some research, something I should of done prior to moving, and that road is notorious for being the red light road.

What bothers me a little is that this doesn't seem to bother my boyfriend one bit. He says it's OK and should be allowed.

That's what's making me feel more uncomfortable about it.
