What Ipad apps do you recommend for my daughter?

Hi, I am going to buy my 11 year old daughter an ipad 3 as a present for starting secondary school. I don't know much about Ipads, but I have an apple phone , so that should help.
Could you please recommend some apps that she might like? She is very into Harry Potter, she also likes dress up/ make over games. She loves to read although she has learning difficulties, so she's only just learned to read, so anything which can help improve her skills (without her seeing it as educational!) She also likes animation.

She also likes quizzes such as 'What Harry Potter character are you'. She plays these on my pinterest. I'm not sure if it would be safe for her to have her own pinterest on her ipad? Thanks.
