8 year old won't eat lunch at school!!

My DD IS 8 years old and for the last year I have been battling to get her to eat her packed lunches. She has choice of fillings on sandwiches but doesn't eat them saying she didn't want them. She asked for pasta so I made that and she wouldn't eat it, said she didn't like it cold (she insists on it being cold at home!) and then she asked for soup so I bought a little soup flask and guess what...she didn't eat it. Her excuses are she didn't want it or she always finds something wrong with it. She never has a problem eating the rest of the lunch (yogurt, fruit and crisps (these have now been replaced with another piece of fruit)).
I know she wants school dinners but I refuse to pay £50 a month for them. I even tried using a school dinner on a Friday as a treat if she ate her lunch mon-thurs.

Any advise, I can't do another year like this!!

Just give her fruit, yogurt and crisps? Make sure she has a decent dinner.

Meh my kids nibble at their packed lunches and there are no school dinners here so no choice. We just feed them more when they get home. They have no starved yet.

Don't worry at all. Just give her all the bits she will eat.
I'm sure you make all her other meals healthy.
