Anyone else's 4 week old breastfed baby who has days when they just done seem hungry?

So my baby is 4 week old and is breastfed and today hasn't seemed interested in feeding. I've put Him to the breast and he will feed for a short time but he doesn't seem too interested and doesn't seem 'hungry'
Can this be normal for them to have days where they just have less off an appetite? He's fed very well until today, has put good weight on (he's 11.11 now, he was 9.5 at birth) but just worried. Also is it normal for them to sweat on their head a lot? When he's on me feeding he will sweat or when he's crying and moving about he will sweat, am I just worrying over nothing?

As this is the first day of him having a lack of appetite and he isn't showing any other signs of illness, I would just keep an eye on it and see how he is by tomorrow. If he is still not interested in feeding tomorrow then call your health visitor. Obviously if he seems ill call them sooner/go to a doctor. Has he produced nappies like normal? My daughter is nearly 2 now but she has always sweated a lot when eating and feeding. I've heard of lots of other sweaty babies too so wouldn't worry about that. x

My two year old has always sweated a lot when feeding, like dripping with sweat. That sounds normal, plus they will have off days with food.. Just like us

I would personally get the sweating thing checked out by the GP. I'm sure it's probably nothing to worry about as others have said, but sweating when feeding can sometimes be an indication of other things. Worth getting some reassurance on at least.
