Seeing sleep consultant now but not til later this week and desperate for any tips as so tired very possibly missing something obvious. Bany waking to feed at night every hour or more and cries of not fed. Feeds short, often just four mins but he clearly wants them and actually finding it hard to get him to feed much in day. Think this started when he had terrible eczema itching that woke him this much and now in pattern of it but we are all (me husband baby£) shattered - any ideas?! Thank you!!!

Oh, poor baby, poor you!

Can you try and stretch his feeds out at night time? Say if he wakes at 5 your DH gets up with him for an hour or two before you feed him?

I'm guessing that you're bf'ing? My DD is three months and settles more in the night now she's found her thumb. Have you tried a dummy to soothe him? If you could stretch the feeds out at night he should eat more in the day (fingers crossed!).

Good luck!
