Hi I give the quick version of this! Basically I anonymously reported someone to the nspcc online I didn't give any information about myself no name nothing. Could they know it was me? I'm so worried it was a genuine concern that's why I contacted them but didn't want them to now it was me, any similar story's would be great

I did the same thing about a year ago, and was also afraid I was going to be found out as the one who reported. It never happened, there was no comeback, and from what I can tell the person I reported and their children seem to have got the help they needed.

It's not an easy thing to do, part of me felt like I was telling tales, but it was the right thing to do. flowers for having the courage to speak up.

Thankyou for reply just reading your comment has made me fill so much better already, I wouldn't of if there wasn't a reason to be honest it should have been done last year

No they won't find out. For them to find out they would need to track your IP address which would require proffesionals. Would take a lot of time and money for no point at all. If they where false allegations they still wouldn't bother doing it to be honest

Hi, I used to work for the NSPCC, you would not get found out. It's great that you reported your concerns, so many people don't.
