Have you tried rubbing his tummy, cycling his legs while lying on his back, the tiger in the tree hold?
However, it's probably just a case of tiny pipes and you'll need to wait until 12ish weeks until he can fart with ease. There might also be an enormous poo waiting to come up so be prepared with a set of clean clothes at all times!
As a mum of a 6 week old you have my sympathy!

Do you wind him half way through bottles and then afterwards aswell? I found that helped with my daughter and also trying to keep her more up right while feeding. I used infacol and gripe water too, but neither made much difference, it got better when she was about 3 months.

Agree with all the above
Also sit him upright on your lap, hold under the chin and support the whole body, then rotate him at the core / waist , so his tummy is getting a gentle circling motion.
This will help release any wind alonside other methods.
Also try baby massage about 5pm, before the night time wind starts.
I also think colief works well too.

could you try keeping him upright in a sling as much as possible between feeds? Also sleeping on your chest on his front rather than in a cot on his back. These worked for my DS when he was that age.
