Hi just been watching some reviews about baby carriers and everyone was going on about over stimulating baby.

Now I'm concerned. I'm very aware of her needing naps ect during day and especially when out. Are there any signs I should be aware of.

When out with friends I make sure she naps or has quiet times. If shopping she chats etc but seems happy. I'm so bloody confused. Is there signs . She is 8 months

Roaring, unhappy and inconsolable. Then suddenly conking out with eyes rolling. That's usually when you suddenly realise they weren't hungry, or teething or in pain. Just needed a nap. If your baby is content, you don't need to stress about anything.

The over simulation thing normally refers only to when the baby is carried facing outwards from the wearer. They can't turn away or snuggle in in this position, so it's not recommended and if so for only 10 or 20 minutes at a time.

If the baby is carried facing in or on your back they can cuddle down to sleep. :)
