Sick baby - what would you do?

My baby's been sick - projectile vomit after half a bottle of milk and is now sleeping which is very out of character for this length and the time it is. Should I let him sleep it off or wake so I can do his usual two more feeds before bedtime? I feel like he needs to sleep it off but don't want to set myself and him up for a bad night and hunger by going without any feeds.

I'd let him sleep it off to be honest. Or maybe just do a dream feed before you go to bed.
