Quick q re. morning nap?

Hi!
Can anyone shed some light on why my almost 9 month olds morning nap has gone from 45 mins to 30 mins the last 4 or 5 days?

Is it indicative of something?

maybe they can stay awake a wee bit longer in the morning before needing the nap. What is the gap between waking and the morning nap? Maybe it can be extended a little

p.s. my 2 had a rubbish sleeping phase around 9/10 months so it could be developmental too
