Dentinox cradle cap shampoo. It's the only thing we found works!

Dentinox is good. Also, about an hour before you wash your DC's hair (or longer if you can face it) rub some olive oil in. then wash, then brush with a soft brush (not one that will scrap the scalp, more lift out the flakes that have come loose).

And remember it annoys you far more than them, don't get tempted to pick it - your baby's scalp could get infected and I was told the places where scalps get infected can end up being bald spots perminately. Not sure if that's true, but I wasn't prepared to take the risk with DS!

Olive oil soak then a wash with liquid African Black Soap from Akamuti. It's the only thing I wash DS with.

Also found that gently brushing with a soft brush 2-3 times a day stopped it reforming.

I've been using grapeseed oil recommended by a HV, it's gradually getting there. I've also left it to come out naturally for a few weeks too. Was going to try Dentinox but already had grapeseed oil in the house anyway.
