My ex boss still hasnt paid up the amount we settled on at concilliation after my claim for unfair dismissal nor has he returned the contract or my reference - this is after 3.5 weeks
I telephoned him on Tuesday and he wouldnt take my call, on Wednesday and again wouldnt take my call so I said I would be at the office at 4.30 to collect my "post". He telephoned my home and told dh that he posted it the day before. Nothing in the post yesterday or today so I went to the office without alerting him and a member of staff let me into the communal area and told me that he was in a meeting. I said I would wait so he made me a cup of tea. Then exboss came out and asked me to leave the building as I wasnt welcome. I explained I was waiting for my post and he just walked off back into his own office. He asked to see the staff I was talking to and asked what the f he was doing talking to me. Anyway he said he wouldnt see me and wouldnt be bullied! He will call me when he's good and ready. So I finished my tea and came home, emailed the Tribunal office to try and re-open my case and then sent him a 7 day letter to cover the possibility of County Court proceedings.
