Its a 4 bed house LOL, with downstairs toliet, level assess to the front and rear of house, allocated parking, patio, and grasses garden. He said that if I need an extra rail on the stair I have to go through Social services to get the funding. In 3 weeks I have to go to a 'meet and greet' thing where I will meet my new neighbours and see the plans of the house and site

no reason for it not to be suitable SS said the house we were offered had to have
1: downstairs loo........ check
2:allocated parking........check
3:leval assess to house and garden........ check
forgot to ask if it has a shower, but that wasn't a main point

Brilliant mieow! See if you can get copies of the plans to take away rather than relying on your memory after you've seen them.

And get planning that decor

Any downstairs bedrooms? Or can your little ones manage the stairs?

they can manage the stairs once or twice a day, which is why I needed a downstairs toliet.

Perhaps you should cut down on the "e"s then SM

Otherwise you may get into trouble

I am so excited for you all and I don't even know you

carpet isn't majorly expensive but you would be better off getting that and waiting for more decorative stuff like pictures etc Make a list of what is vital and what is accessorising we did that and lots of pictures mirros etc had to go so that we could afford the floors and plastering but it was really worth it

Is it going to be like the GMTV wedding

You let us all have 3 choices of wallpaper/carpet colours/curtains

And we all choose for your house

And yopu MUST go with our choice
