Last night ds 10 woke up after we had sex and he had heard usthis is a 1st and he asked me why I was making noise I was in the loo and shouted out that I didn't know what he was talking about but he persisted and I told him to get in bed in a bit of a stern tone he isn't up yet but i have hardly slept as I don't know what to say.Dp is at work on an early start and we are meeting him when he finishes at 2 so am onmy own with ds til then.I have toyed with the idea of saying I had a sore neck(i do) and daddy was massaging it but sounds such a lie help me someone tell me he won't be affected by this

I wouldn't think so. He has probably had sex ed at school, so he knows you and dp must have done "it" at least once!

I caught my mum and dad at it when I was about 11, they were a lot more bothered than I was. I knew they did do it, just couldn't imagine why (God, so old, why bother)!!!!!!

Is he an 'old' 10 or a 'young' 10. You could always say daddy was just tickling you or special cuddles?

Just tell him that mum and dad were playing a game - tickling fight, pillow fight?

He didn't see us as he is upstairs but he heard and came halfway down to where we are and started questioning me.He didn't seem to think dp was involved kept asking why I was making funny noiseand a million moreHe is quite sensible and knows about sex but I am dying with the thought of more questions today

Don't worry, even if he does realsie what you were doing it won't traumatise him. I walked in on my parents once and it didn't bother me that much.

You're worried, but I bet he's forgotten already!

Tbh, if he heard you making a "strange" noise, he might have been worried that something was wrong. Telling him the truth might actually put his mind at rest.
