Yoga for 3 year old

I want to introduce my DD to some yoga. has anyone used any DVDs that have been useful/helpful/fun???

Sory dont have yoga DVD's etc but my mum is training to be a dru Yoga instructor and teaches little people too... I think they start at 5 tho. Yoga is quite tough and i think that they say thats young enough. May be wrong tho

think it's a bit young tbh for a 3 year old, why do you want to let your 3 year old do yoga, if you don't mind me asking...is it for their benefit or yours??

Around here there are some classes for doing yoga with babies and toddlers.
