Broken a nail already - arse!!!

Had acrylics put on last Wednesday - have broken one already. Fortunately I am covered for one broken nail from when I had them done. I chipped another one earlier but managed to file it into shape. Poo!

I find my acrylic ones are solid - really hard to break - how've you managed that?
