Pushing through a bill using the parlimentary act which they've also spent most of their time in power discussing - hunting (I agree with the bill as it happens but not the way it was pushed through)

Increasing taxes (not income tax but putting taxes onto things) and then pretending to give it all back to us in tax credits

MRSA has increased - hospitals are dirtier and the care is worse because of the added beurocracy (sp)

Wants to introduce pointless ID cards

Introduces 'new things' - such as new NMW just as elections are about to take place - coincidence - I don't think so - more like voter manipulation

Failed to tackle the teaching, nursing and policing numbers adequately - they give us all these wonderful figures about how many 'new' x, y z's they've got - but convieniently forget to tell us how many have left

2001 - said they wouldn't introduced topup fees......... who's to say we can trust them on that?

1997 - Labour promised not to privatise the Tube - one year later they announced the privatisation of it.

It's an absolute scam. The "preferred bidder" system, whereby one company basically gets chosen before they've costed everything, gives poor value for money and turns out to be illegal, loads of new hospitals and schools have been late / smaller than planned / more expensive than thought etc.

Plus failure to renationalise the railways when privatisation clearly isn't working and they had the perfect excuse with the Railtrack thing. They say it'll be expensive, but it won't if they do it sensibly (i.e. just let the existing franchises lapse).
