Holding a charity night on Friday

Well,

This year, I am holding my second charity fund raising night. All proceeds are going to the Meningitis Foundation.

I held one last year and between friends etc I raised £100.00. I was hoping to beat it this year, but unfortunately, some people can't come due to illness, holidays, birthdays etc.

I am really looking forward to it, last year was a good night though I was nervous, hopefully this year will be better as I won't be so nervous.

I have had a couple of more donations, some flowers from the local florists and other goodies.

Just doing a local quiz, any ideas for up to the date questions, all lighthearted though.

I'm a quiz setter, Bubbles. Is there something I can do to help?

Anorak, that would be fabulous thank you, I am struggling with that.

I would like something lighthearted with some amusing questions in, maybe 25 questions if possible. Also revolve questions around recent events in the media etc.

Okay, I need to know the following:

When do you need the questions by? Is it tomorrow or the following Friday?

Will it be written down or will you read it out?

How easy/difficult do you want the questions? (bearing in mind whether or not children will participate/are the participants quizgoers ordinarily/are they very well-educated people or maybe a mix?)

Quizzes aren't much fun to do if they are pitched at the wrong level.

I'm holding the event at my own home.

I would like to be able to print to questions out if possible.

I'd like the questions to be quite easy so that everyone has a chance and yes anorak it is tonight, sorry about the short notice.

Okay Bubbles, no problem, I will use my quiz-setter's superpowers and have that quiz to you in a word document this afternoon .

I sent you a CAT last night. I suggest you reply to it so that I have your email address to send the quiz to or we might have a problem!
