In a nutshell, I've downloaded the nano software, but when I plug it in to the PC I get a message saying "USB Hub Power Exceeded". H bought me another 'Hi-speed USB 2.0 3-port Low Profile PCI card' - whatever that is, but it's what Apple recommended.

Did you get anything like that? H says I'm forbidden to open it until he knows that it fits the mother board - what the eff is that? Any suggestions welcome! TIA
