It seems so

I know they have a 20% promotion on at the moment - top up between £20 and £300 in a 30 day period and get 20% extra credited on day 31. Dial 146 to register.

yeah saw that on the website, I only use a tenner once every 3/4 months so they are trying to wear me down to use more, but i wanna know the t and cs first!!!!
