just watched 'Alex: A Life Fast Forward' on bbc 3 and made me cry

I just watched the saddest and sweetest doc on bbc 3 about a 21 year old diagnosed with terminal cancer and it was so uplifting and touching to see how he and his family dealt with it so positively. makes me feel happy and grateful for what i have.

I so agree iainfromkansas I started to watch this about 20 minutes in. What a lovely young man Alex was with a wonderful family, friends and wife Ali. I sobbed my way through it and marveled at his bravery. He looked so sick at his wedding and it was no surprise that he passed away just five days later. So sad that such a lovely young man, with so much to live for, should die so young.
