..and secretly glad they only have the one DC this time of year?! Xmas Wink
I mean, my goodness the expense of one, I take my hat off to those with more to buy for! We always wanted another but due to jobs not working out and having to rent we started out family late and didn't have DS until our 40s had started. We tried for another and no luck.
Now I am feeling blessed to have our gorgeous boy. Yes he's a little spoilt..how do you not spoil an only? But he's a good mostly well behaved child who's never expressed a desire to be a big brother. So it's just been easier to not try too hard for another anyway. Just hope we don't regret this..but things are the way they are for a reason.
Would love to hear from others in the same position.
Happy Christmas Xmas Smile xx

God me too OP, also having to spend more time on searching for a bloody present.

Slightly different situation as I am a single parent on low income so DD is far from spoilt, I don't have the bloody money (otherwise I would!).

And yep I thought it was expensive when she was little but wait until they get to their teens! (demanding phones, laptops, game consoles etc). A few toys is nothing...

@chipsnmayo...Thanks for the msg. Omg I take my hat off to you. A single parent to a teen! I'm dreading the teen years. So far mine just wants playmobil toys and that's bad enough so I can't imagine how much these games are Shock
