Nursery activities?

Any nursery staff have any creative activities they would like to share. The children are 2 years old. Ive done pasta/rice/flour in the tuff tray. Ive also done play doh but really stuck for ideas.... all ideas welcome

i dont work at a nursery but dd did these crafts in nursery recently:

pasta necklaces
vehicle painting (roll a toy cars wheels in paint, then roll it along some paper)
painting on the windows (using washable paint)
hunting in buckets full of gloop (kid safe slime) for objects hidden at the bottom (plastic dinasaurs)

Jelly in a tough tray.
Cornflour mixed with water in a tuff tray, use their fingers to Mark make.
Al dente spaghetti, colour with food colouring, again in the tuff tray.
We Have used plain or coloured ice and use the little hammers in TapTap to bash the ice with.
Vegetable painting.
Sandwich making, using plastic child friendly knives to cut up and eat at snack time or take home.
Icing and decorating rich tea buiscuits.
Jam tart..

cooked spaghetti play, add different colours using food colouring to small amounts, then get them to mix. can take prints with paper on top.

rice play, can be coloured with food colour, add small objects, letters , numbers.

chalk numbers or letters on tough tray, add in middle cup of water with ear buds for writing practice.

clean mud, grated soap and ripped toilet roll, add water to form mud.

tea making. use selection of different sized tea cups and tea pots, and warm water and real tea.

spice grinding is a good one, avoid chillis, we have selection of pestle and mortor and they select different spices to grind and smell.

fresh herb grinding < we grow in garden>

citrus juicing, we have plastic juicers from poundland.

collect buttons, ask parents to donate, or buy from car boot sales etc, and then get the children to sort by size or colour and count etc.

keys are another with padlocks.

just a few ideas from top of my head.
