Fun, easy -to- follow dance fitness routines using rave glow sticks to club anthems from 90's classics to the latest chart hits taught in a darkened room with disco lights.
Because of the low and high impact options Clubbercise dance fit classes are great if your just starting out on a fitness regime or if your a fitness freak!
Every Monday night 5.30PM @ the Mosley Hill Royal British Legion, Rose Lane across the road from Tesco.
Thursday nights 7.30pm @
