don't know what its called or who its by, but I love it!

MAY be by Chopin or Handel.

best way to describe is:

slow, strings, sombre, very 'pausy' da daa- da da daa (!),it repeat itself throughout.

gets louder and more atmospheric as it goes on!

itsmy newfave. used to be Montagues and Capulets but Sugars spoilt it now!

Sorry, internet went down after I posted thread!

Thank you but its not that one Sad. wish I could describe it better.

its in a lower key than canon, it goes 1,2-pause- 1,2,3-pause, and stays pretty much the same throughout.

I know theres a million classical pieces out there, so its like a needle in a haystack! it may be a Baroque, not sure.

wish I could play it to you from my cd. its a recorded one and they didn't writ the pieces down and ive lost touch with the person!

listening to it right now on my headphones. going to see how long this version lasts. its definitely all strings, sounds like a timpanee just come into it, 2 beats per bar, most bars, okay, timpanees disappeared now, back to just strings (not making any sense here!),ooh, its back.

its a very repetitive piece, only a slight variation in the middle.lasts 4 mins, with a drummy roll at the end.

seriously love you! I like to pride myself on music knowledge, but my forte is more pop/rock, (Im a guitaris/vocaist) but I love classical too, know some pieces/composers but others........

so is good to know.

embarrassing when you say 'my fave classical piece is....erm.....wotsit that goes, da, da, da da da.....' !!!!' now I know!

Its a gorgeous piece isn't it? very moving, especially with headphones on and it just fills your entrie head!

DC wondered what I got all excited about then!!!
