Tell about your sporty (or non-sporty!) children - for a chance to win £150 John Lewis vouchers!

Hello.

We'd like to find out what sports and sporting activities your children take part in. Are they budding Beckhams or Radcliffes? Or rather more of the sofa-surfer variety?

The survey is open to all parents with at least one child aged two or older. It doesn't matter if your child does a lot, a little or even no sport at all: you can still complete the survey.

If you have more than one child aged two or older, please answer the survey with one of your children in mind. Then you can click on the survey link again to complete the survey for each of your remaining children aged two or more.

Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win £150 of John Lewis vouchers!

And, if you complete the survey more than once (for multiple children) and add your details at the end each time, each completed survey will count as an entry.

Thanks and good luck!

Done - interesting for me as my DSs walk the dogs for an hour every day after school and DS1 does dance for 2 hours a week - which is not a sport but is physically demanding.

There is more than one way to be fit.

Done - but my answers are totally biased by the weather. If this were spring/summer, my answers would have been in the 'once a week or more' category rather than 'a few times a month' for things like cycling/playing outdoors. It's too frickin freezing!

done but were they not interested in types of sport... they'd had a shock at the list i'd would have had to submit.

Done, although DD is only 2.1 so 'sport' doesn't really feature, unless we're talking about bouncing on the bed.

done for DS and DD, but I didn't read one of the Qs properly the first time, and don't think I answered it correctly...ooops

Yep done here too - considering dd1 swims 4/5 times a week I spend my life at training / swim meets etc.

Done. Interested to see walking/scooting to school not on the list as phsyical activity - which we do for 30-45 mins a day ...

done, also interested to see that ds cycling to school and back is not an "allowed" activity but is a couple of miles a day so good excercise?
