Calling all women in England who are pregnant or have had a child in the last two years - chance to win £250 NOW CLOSED

The team at NHS England have asked us to find Mumsnetters to complete a survey they are hosting about where women in ENGLAND ONLY who are pregnant or have had a child in the last two years would like information from - the data will help them to improve maternity information and care for women.

They say "NHS England wants to find out what information is important to women, before deciding where to go for care before, during and after birth. We want to know when you want this information, and what format(s) would be most useful to you"

Please help by completing this survey -- it's spread over a few pages but you can save your responses and return at any time - overall its around 10 questions plus a few questions about you www.engage.england.nhs.uk/survey/fae54a15 - ensure you select Mumsnet at Q15.

The survey is completely anonymous but Mumsnet are offing a prize draw for those who complete it - once you have completed the survey, add your details here and you will be entered into a prize draw where one winner will get a £250 voucher for the store of their choice (from a list)

Here's the link again: www.engage.england.nhs.uk/survey/fae54a15

thanks
MNHQ

Hi what email do you put on the prize draw? I stupidly used an email for the survey not connected with my mumsnet acct. So don't know whether to us the email I added on the survey or the email I set up mumsnet with... Help!

Done, i wrote a small essay in the last question as most of the info i was given after giving birth was wrong - all the childrens centres info as all the local ones have closed down and the private group info all wrong too. I don't see the point in paying to get it printed if it's wrong.

I mistyped my email address as gnail instead of gmail Hmm what a fool! It won't let me re-enter the details now. Hopefully on the off chance I win someone sensible will see what I meant!

Yeah, would have been helpful to tell us to include our Mumsnet email at the end of the survey...

I have my code showing I did it, but that's it.

Done. I actually think that it's an area that the NHS can improve with relatively little cost. I got so much out of date rubbish and most of it was dumped immediately. Waste of paper and resources putting it all together.

Ok I might be being dumb but when it asks 'have you been pregnant before' does that mean as well as the child under 2?
