Q19 - are we the only couple where one of us does the research, and then we make the decision together?

Report
missorinoco · 07/07/2015 18:04

Cornflakegirl - no, we do that too.
I came on to say there was no option for I do all the research and then chat with DH about where we put our money.

Or, in the case of broadband providers, tell him we will save 50p an month for a year and I can't be bothered to switch for that. I don't need his approval, but we would discuss a switch before we did it.

Exactly same here, I do research then we make decision together.

Yes, indeed. I deal with utility bills a lot at work, B/Gas are the one company with outstandingly, continuously poor customer service & inability to update their accounts to reflect information we've sent them. But they never hesitate to add charges if we are late in paying bills, even when said bills are in dispute demonstrably wrong.

I was shocked I couldn't name any providers other than the big 6. Happy to spew my hatred for Scottish Power though Grin.

bit of a duff survey - no option for 'I research, we decide'. Iffy options for those without mains gas (we don't all live in London, MN!) and lots of places where 'none' would be a good option but wasn't provided.

so the data will be very questionable.

a lot of the questions were, er, sketchy. The section about which tariffs had which features did not allow you to give correct answers.
