I am a student from Leeds Trinity University currently studying Sports Health Exercise and Nutrition.

As part of my research project I am conducting a study to find out if parents have registered their child for a Universal Infant Free School Meal and their perceptions of the free school meals.

Please only answer this survey if you have a child in Reception, Year 1 or Year 2.
