Food writer Elly Pear will be LIVE at Mumsnet Facebook at 1pm today showing us four ways to use her no-meat meatballs and helping mumsnetters think up new ideas for getting creative with their family's favourite ingredients.

Elly Curshen aka Elly Pear is the founding owner of the Pear Café in Bristol. With her impressive 50k Instagram followers, Elly is the food and cookery columnist for InStyle Magazine and her début cookbook, Fast Days and Feast Days was published in April 2016.

She'll be live talking to us about her latest book Let's Eat and showing us how to be inventive with everyday ingredients. If you're in a rut with your cooking and need inspiration, join us at 1pm today over at Mumsnet Facebook. Post up questions to Elly or put to her your favourite food products and she'll be on-hand to suggest some new and inventive ideas to create meals. Everyone who likes Mumsnet Facebook and comments will be entered into a draw to win one of two signed copies of Elly's latest book, Let's Eat
