I welcome the change of emphasis from mandatory and flawed filtering to a more rational "give us the tools" approach.
However, I would like to suggest that there is a lot of emphasis placed on education of parents. There's no point in having the best tools in the world if parent's don't know they exist or how to use them.
We cannot protect our children from online porn through technology alone. Technology can only do so much and ultimately it will come down to parents.
