twins in same class but thinking of separating now - any help????

have 6 year old identical twins and have always been fiercly keen on them being in different classes at school. They both have a few issues as they were pretty prem. but this year one of them seems to be almost having a breakdown. She is totally miserable, started waking up to 4 times a night, having a real issue with anyone in the family not being in the house, and basically she has changed in front of our eyes into this really anxious little soul. We are desperate to do something and have spoken to school who have since been observing her, but we are feeling that she might be better off in with her sister. Think this could be the making of both of them but could also be detrimental to the sister who IS happy this year. Was wondering if anyone else has had these issues?? HELP!!!
