Does anyone have any tips for winding twins at the same time ('tandem winding' I guess!) It is not really necessary during the day, but would be helpful at night.
Also, how long should you wind a baby for, after each feed? I have been fairly relaxed about winding so far - I try and get a couple of burps and then put them down in their cot, but my 11 week old twins have started getting very uncomfortable and writhing around (DT2 in particular) so I am going to have to wind them for longer I think. I have read somewhere that you should wind a baby for 30 minutes after each feed, but if you have twins, how are you supposed to get any sleep?!
I have been sitting up with DT2 for the last hour, and just want to weep. I am knackered.
