Still going round and round wether to have a third. My second has been a high maintenance baby even though I was so much more chilled out as a mother.
I guess a third needs to slot in with even more so with a busy household . Do they adapt quickly???
Am I fooling myself??

Mine was the most adorable baby, so chilled and happy, never cried, but took the longest to sleep through the night (10 months). His older brother (middle child) had terrible jealousy, and struggled to adapt.

That gorgeous baby turned into the worst toddler ever at 15 months, and is still going strong on the cusp of 3 yo. His bro, in the meantime, has turned into a loving and affectionate little 5 yo. They still don't get on brilliantly, although it is improving a bit.

I have to say, although I'm more chilled out overall, I was on my knees wih exhaustion. With two, I still managed to get them both down for an afternoon nap after lunch - lost that completely with three!

um, I have to admit to having to report similar to Zhx3 ...dc3 was a super chilled, utterly adorable baby (and slept beautifully, too). DCs1&2 welcomed her with open arms and she's been loved and babied by everyone since she arrived.

Turned into a horror-child (think 'head spinning, screaming monster' stylee) around 12 months and is only now (nearly 4) slowly emerging into person-hood....

Still completely adore her and have never regretted having #3 :)
