I had a MC back in June. After a D&C my period returned to 'normal' after one month. I had two normal periods and then after my last period, when I was supposed to be ovulating, I had a few days of bleeding dark blood. Now I've gone for 45 days without any period at all. My doctor has suggested it could be peri menopause . I'm over 40. Any help or guidance would be much appreciated, thanks!
