Pregnant again after miscarriage.

I had a miscarriage at the height of the pandemic last year, I’m currently 7+4 and the anxiety of loosing this baby is ruining my pregnancy. I keep getting period type pains and when I do I enter a anxiety hole which lasts for days. Are these pains normal? And does anyone have any advice to relax and enjoy the pregnancy? Thankyou!

Are you going to have an early scan? I ended up paying for a few scans until I could feel the baby moving. It’s really tough to try and not worry-I certainly did.

I actually had a scan done this morning and everything was fine! Saw the babies heartbeat which I didn’t get to see last time and I feel so much better! Thankyou for your advice 🥰
