Hi ladies, I am having a really rough week and wondered if anyone out there can help with some kind words?

I had a missed miscarriage about 4 months ago and we are trying to concierge. In reality we have now had about 3 cycles to try and this week I found again we didn't manage.

For the first couple of months I lived on hope of getting pregnant again but now it just feels hopeless and makes the loss again hard to bare.

And add on the fact I am 40 so feels I haven't got much time left.

Anybody got any good coping or distracting strategies?

I'm really sorry @welshladywhois40 I understand how you are feeling. I had a mmc in May and it's my due date on Tuesday and I'm really struggling with the fact I haven't conceived again since. I've had fertility tests and all is fine but I've just given up hope. 😔
