2nd miscarriage

So I’ve been ttc with my partner and we finally had a positive test! The doctor for a negative a weeks later and told me to keep an eye out for bleeding I bled 1 week after this news and I was changing my pads every 2 hours because the bleeding was so bad and the cramps were horrendous I went to the doctor and he said I was mc.. it’s now 2 weeks on and I’m mentally ok but I’m suffering with really bad cramps right at the bottom of my stomach and it feels like they are in the top of my girl bit sorry for tmi. Just wondering if anyone has any advice
