I've recently had a mmc, I suffer with recurrent miscarriage and I'm feeling incredibly alone and very sad.... is there anyone feeling the same? Maybe a talk between people going through the same thing might be helpful? Xx

Sorry to hear this, You might find it helpful to contact a pregnancy loos organisation like Sands. More professional help may be better than simply sharing experiences

You may not know this but there is a massive network of women experiencing this with you. Crying with you, feeling alone with you, experiencing all the emotions with you. You may be mourning your babies and feel like this is just your journey but know we are all with you sending you love, sending you strength and forebearance. You are strong, you're a warrior and this time of darkness and sadness are symbols of the depth of love you have for your babies. Be so very kind to yourself, mama. Sending you so much love in the midst of your pain. Xxx

I've just had my second miscarriage and am now reading it starts with the egg, I'm finding it so useful. If you've not read it, I highly recommend it. Xxx

I just miscarried and I feel really alone, too. Even knowing other women go through this I still feel alone since we are the only ones in the entire world who had a connection with the child we carried. It is definitely normal to feel that way. There's also this expectation that women should just be able to forget about it and move on but that's not the case. It's also a different type of grief since you aren't mourning for someone you know and had memories of. It's someone you were so looking forward to knowing and never got to have memories of.
