Scared about what to expect.

I had a scan on Wednesday following some light bleeding and was told that all they could see was the gestational sac (I was 8 weeks). I got my bfp at 3 weeks 6 days and so there is really no way my dates are wrong, but still the doctor didn’t really tell me what to expect, and just booked me in for another scan next Friday. I’m now experiencing quite a bit of pain - like period pain but considerably worse, but still not bleeding loads (I think if I kept the same pad on I wouldn’t fill it in 24 hours). Literally the only thing the doctor said was “if you start to miscarry naturally you might experience some pain and pass some clots”. I’ve tried to find more info online and so many of the stories sound so awful and I’m so scared. I know people’s experiences can be really different but does anyone have any advice? It seems to be going so slowly and I just want it to be over!

Sorry to hear your sad news. :(

I went for a scan and there was no heartbeat I had a rescan 8 days later, things were the same. The day before I was due to go in for Surgery I started bleeding, the pain was awful nothing was getting rid of it and I passed large clots. I didn't actually pass the sack or anything so I still went to theatre the pain wasn't too bad after..
