Blood groups and antibodies

I've just found my DHs blood transfusion card. He has haemochromatosis and goes to let blood every once in a while so that's why he has it.

I saw on it that he has a warning : this patient has red cell antibodies and written on it is Anti-fya.

We are both blood group O. I am Rh negative

I've had 5 concurrent miscarriages at around 12 weeks. Could there be something in this anti FYa diagnosis?

It's too late I'm 45 now and not txt but I'd really like to know
