Hi I’m currently miscarrying for the second time; this time at roughly 6-7 weeks, earlier this morning this was in my pad. I left it out to have a look at as I’m not sure if it’s fetus- it looks nothing like the clotting I’ve had and I’m so confused. Sorry for the graphic pic just wanted people opinions, when it first came out it was moist of course and had fresh blood on however now it has dried. Let me know opinions please :(

Not sure of the scale but I don't think a foetus would be that big at that stage. It looks like a clot. Sorry for what you are going through Flowers

It is very much zoomed in, it’s about the size of my little finger nail or less if that helps? The shape and texture and colour compared to my clots is really strange, I’m not at all sure though so all opinions welcome, Thankyou for the support! My last miscarriage was in September so that wound was still pretty fresh when I found out I was pregnant again x

Very sorry for your loss OP, that however looks like a bit of womb lining to me.

Most likely a bit of lining op bury it in the garden if it makes you feel better

Hi OP, so sorry you’re going through this. I can’t say for sure about yours but mine at 8 weeks did not look like that.

Hope you’re ok and have some RL support Flowers

Thanks everyone:( I’m finding it difficult as this all only happened yesterday and today’s been so difficult, i put 4 night pads on at the same time and I’ve bled through them although they covered every inch of my pants. Doubt I’ll be going to work tomorrow either as I can’t even fathom leaking through at work and the bleeding is SO heavy

I'm so sorry. I think it's a clot or piece of lining of your uterus, not an embryo. Really sorry, OP.

So sorry op... get yourself to the midwife and see what they say let us know how you get on

I miscarried at 10 weeks, I had period pains for a day or two then some bleeding in the evening, I went to bed as normal at woke in the night for a wee and literally felt it, it's a horrendous feeling I know, I'd just call fist thing they will see you on the day... have you had any pains?

This must be awful for you. But I think it's most likely a blood clot or womb lining. Fetus only measures half an inch at seven weeks. Don't even think about going to work. Flowers

Yeah with my last miscarriage I had 3 weeks off and I do work in a high pressure office but I’m sure they’ll understand another day off. Had really severe pains all day just stayed at my boyfriends house today, have really bad cramping now as I’m lying in bed, dreading getting up because I know the bleeding is so heavy. My boyfriend bless him went to the shop and bought me more pads but he only bought me normal as oppose to night - he doesn’t know the difference so will let him off- but now it’s not even as if I have appropriate pads for the situation :(
