Pregnancy signs 2 weeks after miscarriage

Hi had a miscarriage 18th October.
10 weeks although there was no heart beat at our scan and it measured at 8 weeks 6 days.
I took misoprostol the next day and passed everything then continued to bleed for around 10 days. No feelings of pregnancy in that time, I felt like my weight came down again and energy levels increased. No appetite which is normal for me.

Got a negative pregnancy test and I'm having all the pregnancy symtoms back again. Boob twinges and ovary twinges. Discharge, head aches, thirsty basically all that I had before.
I had super ewcm mixed with blood we had sex 9 days, 11 days and 13 days after the miscarriage.
Going to the doctors Monday but could the return of the symptoms be real or my body just being mean?!
