7 weeks and symptoms have gone

I am around 7 weeks but suddenly my symptoms of slight nausea and sore boobs stopped 5 days ago. This happened with my last mc too and haven't even told hubby yet so not to jinx it. I had hyperemesis with both my boys so know in my gut I have had mc. Do I wait for the inevitable (where I bled for 5 excruciating weeks) or should I phone EPAU?
