2nd mc....advice what next

Ttc #1 since Jan 2015 Pcos

1st mc July at 8 weeks (measured 5+6)
Just recently had faint positive bleeping and cramps. Rang epau said sounds like chemical pregnancy.

Have a few questions if anyone could help.

Does this count as a second mc in terms of when they will start investigations should it happen again? Should I book a gp appt so it is on my records?

Should I be asking for investigations at this point. I hear some people have bloodtests but I have never had one done? What if any tests should I request.

Petrified if I try again it will just happen again.
