Hormones just taking their time?

So, I had a mc 12 days ago. EPU said to test again in 2 weeks and go back if still showing positive.
Being impatient I tested 7 days after and CB digital was showing pregnant 2-3 weeks. I would have been 9 weeks. So levels on their way back down. Tested again tonight and says pregnant 1-2 weeks. So, I am right in saying I don't need to call them and that levels are quite obviously still reducing even though it still says pregnant? (she asks drinking a large glass of wine as she knows the answer!!).

Sorry for your loss. It sucks doesnt it. I remember doing one of those CB tests a week after my first mc and being so sad it had gone from 3-4 to 1-2. I think your hormone levels probably just still have a bit of pregnancy hormone left so you're getting a positive still. I would wait a few more days and do another and phone if still positive. Those CB digital ones seem really sensitive though. Take care of yourself. There are lots of nice people on this forum who will understand what you're going through if you want a chat.

Sorry for your loss. These pg tests are weird: not sensitive enough when ttc, too sensitive after a mc. Test again in a few days. If not bfn then you do need to go back and get checked out.
