Here we go again

Had 2 miscarriages in the past 1.5 years. Now 7 and half weeks pregnant. Went for early scan to be told they can't see a heartbeat but to come back next Thursday as the cut off point for saying it is not viable is 5mm and at the moment it is 4.9mm. They said it is unlikely to be a feasible pregnancy now. So fed up with this. I am very lucky to have one gorgeous DD who's nearly 4 but this is it now. I am not going through this again.

I'm really sorry you're going through this. I'm going for an early scan on Wed (will be 7 weeks) as had some bleeding. Never had a MC before, and I'm really worried.

There is still hope though, they may be able to pick up a heart beat when you go back on thurs. If not, are there tests you can have to see if there's a reason for the miscarriages? It might be something that can be sorted out.

Thank you. I hope your scan is ok. Lots of people have some bleeding and it is fine.
I think I am done now. I am pretty sure it is just bad luck and age. I am 40 in a couple of months and I got pregnant with no problem with DD. I have had a blood test already for clotting problems which was clear and saw a specialist i the summer who pretty much said it is just bad luck. I can't face going through lots of tests when I actually just don't think I want to try again.

Hi I'm 44 and had mc two weeks ago I was 7weeks plus4 I had my ds who is now 4 and had no problems with pregnancy with him and he's my rock so I can't give up trying not now I know it's possible to conceive at my age so don't give up
